30-Day Returns
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
- A restocking fee may apply depending on product category
- White-glove pickup can be arranged in major metro areas
Custom & Made-to-Order
Bespoke upholstery, custom finishes, and made-to-order case goods are final sale. Our team confirms all specifications before production.
- Fabric, finish, and dimension selections are verified in writing
- Swatch approvals and lead times are shared before deposit
- Exchanges are not available once production has begun
