Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “User”) and Furalto (“Furalto”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for your access to furalto.com, related mobile experiences, and our furniture retail, custom, and design services (the “Platform” and “Services”). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Sale Terms, and Shipping policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

• We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the website. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms.
• Supplemental terms may apply to specific services (for example, bespoke commissions, trade programme, or showroom appointments). If those conflict with these Terms, the specific terms prevail for that service.
• Our Services are intended for use in India.

Eligibility & your account

You may register and transact only if you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

• You are responsible for keeping your password, login, and account credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. We may suspend or close an account if information is false, incomplete, or we reasonably suspect it is.
• We may verify information you provide in connection with orders, payments, or custom work.

Communications

By using the Services and sharing contact details, you consent to receiving transactional messages (order, delivery, appointment, and support) by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or similar channels. Marketing messages are sent where you have opted in or as permitted by law; you can unsubscribe using the link in promotional emails.

Orders, pricing & taxes

Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. GST, delivery, installation, and other charges may apply at checkout. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and our confirmation email or message.

• We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before confirmation.
• Made-to-order, custom upholstery, and clearance items may be final sale — see Sale Terms.
• You are responsible for providing a correct GSTIN where a B2B tax invoice is required. We are not liable for input-credit issues caused by incorrect GST details you enter.
• Lead times, white-glove delivery, and installation are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Payments

Checkout payments are processed by our payment partners, including Razorpay Software Private Limited and its facility providers (banks, card networks, UPI, and other payment systems). Card and UPI transactions are also subject to the rules of those networks and regulators.

• You authorise the charge to your chosen payment instrument for the order total, including applicable taxes and fees.
• We do not store full card credentials on our servers. Payment instrument data is handled by the payment partner under their security standards (including PCI DSS where applicable).
• Failed, delayed, or reversed payments due to the bank, UPI, or card network are outside our sole control. We will reasonably assist with status updates.
• Refunds, where due under our Returns policy, are typically routed to the original payment method, subject to bank timelines.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with your bank or card issuer may pause fulfilment or settlement until resolved. You agree to cooperate with reasonable documentation requests.

Privacy

By using the website you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment-related personal data may also be processed by Razorpay in accordance with their privacy practices.

Intellectual property

Furalto (and our licensors) own all right, title, and interest in the Platform, including trademarks, logos, product designs, photography, and editorial content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the Platform for shopping and related services.

• You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.
• Do not remove proprietary notices. You have no licence to our marks except as we expressly allow.
• Content you submit (reviews, messages, design notes, photos) may be used by us to operate, improve, and, in aggregated or anonymised form, analyse the Services. You confirm you have the right to share that content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms Furalto, other users, or third parties.

• Do not post threatening, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content; malware; or material that infringes others’ IP or privacy.
• Do not impersonate another person, scrape the site, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Do not represent yourself as our agent or give warranties that bind Furalto to your customers or third parties.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached, or to manage fraud and risk.

Third-party links & partners

The Platform may contain links, offers, or tools from partners (including payment, logistics, and financial-product partners). We do not control those websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not liable for their content, goods, or services.

Disclaimer of warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and Services are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what we expressly commit in an order confirmation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furalto and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits), or for delays or failures caused by carriers, payment networks, or events outside our reasonable control.

• We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising solely from your use of third-party sites or payment instruments.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a specific order or service will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that order or service in the one month preceding the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Our liability is reduced to the extent the loss was caused or contributed to by you or your third-party providers.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Furalto (and its officers, directors, employees, and agents) harmless from claims, losses, damages, fines, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or disputes between you and any third party relating to your use of the Platform. This obligation survives termination of your use of the Services.

Force majeure

If performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control — including labour disputes, natural disasters, epidemic, severe weather, utility or communications failure, cyber-attack, war, terrorism, or government action — we are excused from performance for the duration of that event, and such delay is not a breach.

Assignment, waiver & set-off

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. We may set off amounts you owe us against amounts we owe you, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension & termination

These Terms apply from your first use of the Platform until you or we end that use. We may suspend Services or close an account if you breach these Terms, we detect high-risk or fraudulent activity, we receive a lawful instruction from a payment partner or authority, or we reasonably consider the risk unacceptable. Where law requires advance notice, we will provide it.

• Termination does not cancel fees, orders already in production, or amounts already due.
• After termination you must stop using the Services. We are not liable for compensation solely because an account was closed, except as required by law.

Complaints & grievance redressal

For Furalto orders, products, delivery, and website issues, contact us via the Contact page or at our Rohini studio. For payment-processing complaints relating to Razorpay checkout, you may also use Razorpay’s designated officers and grievance portal.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Platform or these Terms.

• You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that they have the same force as a signed agreement.
• This clause survives termination of the Terms.
