Clearance & Open Box
Clearance, floor sample, and open-box merchandise is sold as-is and is final sale.
- Minor imperfections are disclosed at the point of purchase
- Delivery timelines vary by location and item availability
- Returns and exchanges are not available on final-sale items
Exclusions
Certain collections, custom finishes, and newly introduced products may be excluded from promotional events.
- Gift cards and design consultation fees are not discount eligible
- Shipping, installation, and white-glove fees are excluded unless stated
- Prior purchases are not eligible for retroactive promotional pricing
